The Shiny Professional Stuff

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and owner of InnerBloom Therapy Services. I have a background in psychology, trauma and relational dynamics.

I have advanced training in (EFT) Emotionally Focused Couples therapy and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and this is my bread and butter.

I am IFS informed (Internal Family Systems) and THIS PACKS A PUNCH! The depths of healing I have witnessed using IFS and EMDR is astounding. In addition to attending several trainings, I will be attending Level 1 IFS training summer of 2025! (getting into level 1 is like therapist hunger games).

I have two Master’s degrees in both Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy and have served the mental health community for 18 years.

I have worked with severe mental illness, substance abuse treatment centers, psychiatric hospitals, suicide prevention, acute crisis centers, run intensive outpatient groups, partial hospitalization programs and taught psychology at Scottsdale Community College.

The truth is, I’ve sat with the depths of human pain and witnessed the heights of personal growth; being a therapist is in my bones.

I am also an AZBBHE approved clinical supervisor and can provide mentorship and clinical oversight to associate therapists in Arizona.

Outside of the Therapy Room

The not so shiny, personal stuff is that I have experienced the power of therapy firsthand throughout my adult life. I found support in my struggle with codependency, high-conflict co-parenting, anxiety, ADHD and depression. As a client, I have had profound results from EMDR.

I host a podcast called Feel and Find Out where I dive into the world of emotional health, to bring you education and connection to your self and others. I am passionate about emotional health because even when we don’t realize it, emotions are big drivers for our behaviors and beliefs. When we learn to understand and regulate them , MASSIVE shifts can happen; trust me, I’ve experienced it.

I am a certified sound practitioner and yoga instructor because I believe in multiple healing modalities.

I am a single mom of 2 boys, a toddler and a teenager who were born 10 years apart. I am no stranger to the emotional depths of parenting and co-parenting.

I absolutely love reading and you’ll find my nose in a thriller in my free time.

I have a senior rescue terrier Luna and an Australian labradoodle puppy Nova. I fight the urge daily to adopt another cat after mine crossed the rainbow bridge in 2024..

I am originally from NJ and you will often see my east coast Italian part emerge. I have been in AZ since 2010 and spent my elementary and middle school years here as well… though don’t ask me if I hike.

I am a life long student and will continue to figure out this thing called being a human for all of my days while helping others do the same!

“My goal is that clients look forward to sitting on my couch and that they know and trust I have their back; not only to provide unwavering support but also to challenge them.

The relationship between therapist and client is a significant part of the therapeutic outcome. Just like in a personal relationship, don’t settle!

While we get to some serious sh*t, I believe there is great value in humor, and connect with my clients on a deep level.”
