I’m a Licensed marriage and family therapist with a background in psychology, trauma and relational dynamics…and I can help. I have two Master’s degrees in both Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy and have served the mental health community for 17 years. I am also a certified sound practitioner and yoga instructor.
My goal in the therapy room is to create a safe space and alliance for my clients to feel and heal. I believe that it is possible to not only become, but to unbecome what you perceive yourself to be and rewire. I also believe there is great value in humor, and connect with my clients on a deep level.
